Anderson allowed six hits and three runs Antworten

Bob Levey/Getty ImagesIt's not often that Major League Baseball sees a seismic move prior to the trade deadline Authentic Derwin James Jersey , but that will be the case this season as it looks like Baltimore Orioles slugger Manny Machado is headed out of town.Per Bob Nightengale of USA Today, "the Baltimore Orioles, barring a last minute snag, will trade All-Star shortstop Manny Machado to the Los Angeles Dodgers on Wednesday."While the biggest name on the trading block appears to be off the table, a few other notable players should be on the move. You can take a look at three of them below. J.A. HappAt 43-52, the Toronto Blue Jays are playing out the string. They sit 23.5 games back in the American League East race and 14 behind the Seattle Mariners for the AL's second wild-card spot. Therefore, it's no surprise that their No. 1 pitcher, J.A. Happ, could be headed out as the Blue Jays look toward the future. Per Jim Salisbury of NBC Sports Philadelphia, "there is definite interest" in the southpaw. While Happ has done fairly well this year (121 strikeouts in 106 innings, 4.02 FIP per Baseball Reference), a glance at the Phillies' depth chart reveals that bullpen help may be a bigger need. Salisbury noted the Phils are interested in Orioles lefty reliever Zach Britton (more on that in a minute), and that would likely take precedence over any Happ deal. However, Happ would give the Phils their only lefty in the starting rotation, and he would presumably be the team's No. 3 starter behind ace Aaron Nola and Jake Arrieta.Philadelphia would then have a good problem on its hands Authentic Aaron Donald Jersey , as it would have four solid candidates (Zach Eflin, Enyel De Los Santos, Vince Velasquez and Nick Pivetta) for the final two rotation spots during the stretch run.Presumably, De Los Santos, a 22-year-old prospect with just two starts under his belt, would be an odd man out, leaving three right-handers for two roles. It's never much of a problem to have an overabundance of pitching options, so the surprising Phillies would be set up quite well for a playoff race should they land Happ.Zach BrittonBaltimore Orioles left-hander Zach Britton was the subject of trade rumors last year, but nothing ever materialized.Given how poorly Baltimore has done this year (28-69), one has to figure that he'll be on the move as the team begins an extensive rebuilding process.A few rumors have been reported.Per Bruce Levine of 670 The Score, "the Cubs are one of eight contending teams talking to the Baltimore Orioles about reliever Zach Britton, according to a source."Jim Salisbury of NBC Sports Philadelphia added some information about the Phillies' interest in the left-hander:Jim Salisbury JSalisburyNBCSI am getting the vibe that the Phillies are angling to land Machado AND Britton is same deal. VaSulQpHjnAt his best, Britton was one of the best relievers in the game. According to Baseball Reference, Britton earned 120 saves in addition to a microscopic 1.38 ERA from 2014-2016. He was also called upon nearly every other day, as the O's reliever made 204 appearances. However Aaron Donald Jersey Elite , Britton has battled injuries over the past two years, notably forearm tightness in 2017 and a ruptured Achilles tendon that kept him out for the first part of the 2018 campaign.Since his 2016 campaign, which saw Britton post a 0.54 ERA and 47 saves, the southpaw has fallen back to Earth a bit to the tune of a 3.19 ERA. However, if Britton stays healthy, gets into a groove and returns closer to his mid-decade form, then whichever team gets him at the deadline will receive a tremendous asset toward the stretch run.Jeurys FamiliaPer Buster Olney of ESPN, New York Mets closer Jeurys Familia could be going elsewhere:Buster Olney Buster_ESPNNL teams appear to be at the forefront of the talks about the Mets Jeurys Familia, who is among the best available relievers. Phillies interested (although they may wait until Britton/Machado talks resolved), Giants, etc.The Mets' season has been an absolute disaster, as they sit in last place in the National League East with a 39-55 record. The issue is that the team needs to undergo a massive organizational rebuild, as the farm system isn't stacked with potential MLB prospects. Of note, Sam Dykstra of ranked the Mets' farm 26th out of 30 MLB teams prior to the season. At this point, the Mets need to go on a fire sale , which is why trading Familia makes sense. For the season, the 28-year-old has 17 saves and a 2.88 ERA.Either the aforementioned Phillies or Giants can work: Both teams could use relief help, although Philly's bullpen ERA ranks in the bottom half of the league (4.08, which is 17th). The Phils may be more desperate than San Francisco to make a move for Familia.Ultimately, don't expect Familia to be a Met by the end of the month. He's likely joining a team in the middle of a playoff race. DENVER — Slumping Nolan Arenado is due back in the Colorado Rockies‘ lineup Sunday for the rubber game of their series with the Los Angeles Dodgers.Arenado did not play Saturday when the Rockies increased their lead over the Dodgers in the National League West to 1 1/2 games with a 4-2 victory. In the race for the second NL wild-card spot, the Dodgers trail the St. Louis Cardinals by one game.Article continues below ...Two left-handers will oppose each other Sunday — Tyler Anderson (6-7, 4.80 ERA) of the Rockies against the Dodgers’ Rich Hill (7-5, 3.73).Rockies manager Bud Black said giving Arenado a breather was “the right thing to do” even though it is September and the Rockies and Dodgers are battling for first place in the division.Arenado, an all-star third baseman, is 5-for-39 in his past 10 games, with three doubles and three RBIs, and hitless in his past 13 at-bats.“We felt giving Nolan this start off might help him move forward,” Black said. “Offensively, he just doesn’t feel right. The timing’s off. There’s some other things going on.”Namely lingering soreness in his right shoulder, which Arenado said he feels only when throwing.“It doesn’t hurt hitting ,” Arenado said. “Throwing, it does. It’s not 100 percent throwing. It’s not going to be good throwing probably until the year is over, until next season. Those questions (about the shoulder), hopefully we can stop with those ones. I have to deal with it. I can play through it, and I’m going to continue to play through it.”Black told Arenado that he would not start Saturday after Friday night’s game in which he went 0-for-4 with a walk and two strikeouts, and didn’t hit the ball out of the infield.“I don’t make those calls,” Arenado said of Black’s decision to rest him for a day. “I don’t want it. But I’m not playing well. That’s why I’m not playing today.“It’s obviously extremely disappointing. I don’t make the lineup. I want to be out there. I voiced that. But at the same time, I’m not performing. It is what it is.”Before Monday, the Rockies had lost seven straight games started by Anderson, and he was 0-4 with an 8.31 ERA in those outings. That losing streak ended in Anderson’s no-decision Monday when the Rockies beat the San Francisco Giants 9-8. Anderson allowed six hits and three runs in 5 1/3 innings with no walks and seven strikeouts.Anderson has made 10 straight starts without a win since his last victory July 4. The Rockies are 11-17 when he takes the mound.Anderson is 1-0 with a 2.84 ERA in three starts against the Dodgers this year, the last Aug. 9 at Coors Field in a no-decision when he held them to one run and four hits in six innings in Colorado’s 8-5 loss. In 10 career starts against the Dodgers, Anderson is 3-3 with a 3.81 ERA.The Dodgers were originally scheduled to start left-hander Alex Wood on Sunday and pitch Hill on Monday in Cincinnati but flipped those assignments. Hill will be working on regular rest after winning his last start Tuesday against the New York Mets when he gave up four runs in six innings of the Dodgers’ 11-4 victory. The Dodgers are 9-10 in starts this season by Hill. Two of the losses came against the Rockies, and Hill was 0-1 with a 2,13 ERA in those games, one of which was at Coors Field. He is 0-4 with a 5.45 ERA in six career starts versus Colorado , including 0-2 with a 7.17 ERA in four career starts.Like Hill, Wood has a poor history at Coors Field, where his career ERA is 9.75. But he has a 1.32 ERA in two starts at Cincinnati’s Great American Ball Park, where he will start on extra rest for the 20th time in 27 starts this season.“This is obviously a hitter’s ballpark,” Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said of Coors Field, “but the swing-and-miss still plays here. Where the other ballpark (Cincinnati), to be able to put it on the ground, which Alex does, is a benefit.”
